"It is a whole technology for machining of form used for pressing parts of exhaust silencer housing. The technology is for both half of the form and it is assembled from four basic blocks. The blocks of the technology are the hard roughing, roughing, finishing before hardening and finishing after hardening. First phase, the hard roughing is focused on preparation of external shape of the form. The inner cavity of the form is solved in the second block. The third part of the technology is focused on finalizing the inner surface before form hardening. The most important in this part of the technology is to reach the allowance for finishing after hardening as regular as possible. The last part of the technology solves the machining to designated dimensions and surface quality after heat treatment."@en . . . .
