Obdobn\u00E1 situace m\u016F\u017Ee nastat i u \u0159ezn\u00FDch n\u00E1stroj\u016F, kde o jejich \u0159ezivosti rozhoduj\u00ED \u010Dasto faktory sahaj\u00EDc\u00ED sv\u00FDm rozm\u011Brem do oblasti mikro. V t\u00E9to oblasti je nejd\u016Fle\u017Eit\u011Bj\u0161\u00EDm faktorem stav povrchu a to nejen z hl ediska drsnosti, ale i z hlediska povrchov\u00FDch defekt\u016F iniciovan\u00FDch v\u00FDrobn\u00EDm procesem. "Surface state of a component influences a number of properties thereof. Surface investigation is important not only in dynamically loaded, susceptible-to-fatigue components, but also in such components, where relative motion of surfaces may cause undesi rable changes in geometry and dimensions. This may occur in cutting tools, whose cutting efficiency is often determined by micro-sized factors. Out of these, the most significant one is the surface state, in terms of roughness and manufacturing-initiate d surface defects. This article summarizes evaluation of influence of individual parameters of grinding process and applied material upon resultant state of surface of all-carbide tools. The parameters include grinding conditions and type of grinding di scs. Surface state is described by means of roughness parameters and characterized by scanning electron micrographs."@en . .
