"There was monitored the development of microbiological quality of raw milk from vending machine and feeding tube within 24 hours. There were determined the total count of mesophilic, coliform and psychrotrophic microorganisms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus licheniformis. The results revealed that there were no fluctuations in the values of observed microorganisms. The cooling unit ensures a constant temperature of milk and thereby prevents subsequent multiplication of initial microorganisms."@en . .
