"The aim of this study was to evaluate changes in botanical composition and dry matter production influenced by different natural fertilizers\u2019 application and intensity of utilization in permanent grassland. The long-term small plot trial was established in 2004 in locality Rapotin.. The trial was managed with three levels of cutting intensity simulating grazing during years 2005 and 2006. Each utilization treatment was divided to give different ways of natural fertilizers application (mixture of cow manure and dung-water; cow slurry) by the model stocking rate of 0.9; 1.4 and 2 LU.ha-1. Apparent changes in botanical composition and also in dry matter production were found in the first two years of the monitoring. Intensity of utilization and fertilization had effects on number of species, with increasing intensity of utilization and fertilization reducing number of species.
