"Original paper is focused on use of yeast cultures (KV) in rumen. Their use in the feeding rations is important measure in the high yielding dairy cows. The two yeast cultures (KV 2 and KV 3) were used in the balanced cow feeding rations (1 control without KV). The three dairy cow groups (8 animals in one group, these were in first half of lactation) were sampled individually and group bulk milk samples were created and analysed on the high number of the milk composition and quality parameters. The selected results are introduced in this paper. Preferable was the KV 2 variant with higher value of milk yield (ML) and lower acetone (Ac) and urea (Mo) milk concentrations (better dairy cow health state) and higher crude (HB) and true (\u010CB) protein and casein (KAS) contents as nutritionally and technologically important components. It is possible to state the positive effects in 2 yeast culture variant, but not in KV 3."@en . .
