The aim was to prepare the basis for the construction rules of an evaluation algorithm, which will be able to synthetize the different MQPs into one relative quality value. The properties and behaviour of MQPs during long period were analysed. A deviations of the data files in comparison with the normal frequency distribution were expressed. The following MQPs were studied: fat content; protein content; casein content; milk freezing point; somatic cell count; total mesophilic, psychrotrophic and thermoresistent bacteria counts and so on.
