"There were used three molecular methods for B. cereus strains differentiation which were isolated during milk processing: ribotyping with EcoRI restriction enzyme and the probe complementary to Escherichia coli 16S and 23S rRNA, then rep-PCR methods with (GTG)5 and BOX-A1R primers. B. cereus CCM 2010T and B. licheniformis CCM 2145T were used as reference strains. Band-pattern and cluster analysis were carried out using GelCompar II software.
