"The inoculation tests on sensitivity of oilseed rape to Leptosphaeria maculans were carried out in laboratory conditions. Isolate of pathogen was obtained from infested plants from Olomouc locality (Czech republic). This isolate was determined as agressive, it was only one different of all others with Tox+ characters (pycnidia production, yelow pigmentation). The plants were inoculated by puncturing of cotyledones with needle dipped in pycnospore suspension.
