Some changes could be predicted, so a firm has enough time for preparation, but other changes are unexpected. Several changes are planned by the company to increase the efficiency and competitiveness. A change management process is characterized as a process of discovering the needs and changes in the planning, an organizing and managing people, an implementing and monitoring of the changes.
