Earmarked are here the concept of motivation, motive, and their relationship to the development of personality and career shift. Success is clearly associated with the motivation of the individual. However, it is given individually. The article compares the different conception of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, how it see the various authors and how it acts on the individual.
