It is in the order fifteenth amendment in the relatively short existence of this Act. This situation certainly was not in favor of legal certainty required by ,,executors of the will of the legislature%22, i.e. emplyees and entrepreneurs in the position of employers, particularly in realizing their goals in recruitment. However, the state is no exception in other areas of business. In this connection business community understands the context of the promises of proposer of the Labour Code amendment. However, perhaps the last amendment to the act will retain at least until the next election.
