Its aim is to present an overall methods and indicators summary that are used to evaluate the performance of the human potential management and its impact on overall company's performance. In the first part of this article is defined a company's performance and its importance in the process of company growth. There are listed themes and approaches to measuring overall company's performance and the influence of human resources management with emphasis on the typology of perspectives according the BSC method.
