"In this paper we are interested in the problem %22how to say %22Yes%22 in an international business negotiation%22.We analysed several discourses of business negotiation and try to compere how say %22yes%22 in the USA and Japan. Our conclusion is that express agreement is the microstructure, which is expressed in each culture in a similar way. The differences are in frequency of its use and in the power of agreement. Japanese use this microstructure often, but their agreement doesn't mean final %22yes%22. They agree and continue with next conditions and details.
