"The subject of the monograph is characteristic of care for human resource from the view of needs, recognition, interpretation and processing of the firm strategies of the business area in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Research shows that employee benefits play a significant role in the system of remuneration for their work and they are able to eliminate potential social risks in the community. The investigation supported by a student research grant has seen their particular dynamics and diverse reflection of regional labor markets. Research results show that under the influence of current economic crisis, global economic recession and declining of financial resources, employee care, perceived as part of internal social policy in the Moravian-Silesian Region is differentiated.
