"The article deals with the five-axis machining of complex surface. During milling of these shapes is very difficult to control tools (tilt angle). Here is necessary to ensure collision-free state so as to avoid any collision between the tool and the semi-product or the tool and the next shape of the processed surface. The article describes how to divide this surface into individual plates (patches), according to the Gaussian curvature of the surface. These plates can be separately machined with optimal tool, which is calculated according to the surface curvature. Distribution of this surface is with software the Matlab 2012b. This procedure is described for practical test of the divided machining and compared with machining a surface one tool. In conclusion, the article describes the benefits of this procedure."@en .
