"This article is focused on investigation and description of nanofibrous scaffolds production using purely mechanic drawing technique. Due to various parameters, influencing the process, the technique is conducted by machine, called \u201CMicromanipulator\u201D to maintain constant conditions. Hand-made scaffolds had been tested for the cells growth (adhesion, viability and proliferation) and geometrical qualities, such as diameter and evenness of fibers.
