Within more complex cases, for example when large shaped products are desired, it is necessary to measure and control the tool temperature in tens or hundreds points of product surface. We need many sensors, which are mounted very tightly to the metal plate. Thermocouple sensors allow to be welded straight onto the plate for ideal thermal connection and sometimes, only one thermocouple wire may be used because as the second one the metal plate itself is used. For such a case special temperature to digital line converter was designed. Isolated power supply, cold junction temperature compensation, connection to various computer system and safe covering have been solved.
