"3" . "18" . . . . "Stroj\u00EDrensk\u00E1 technologie" . . "This article describes a methodology and evaluation of experimental measurement of cutting forces in grinding technology. The parameter studied during the grinding process was the influence of process fluids (PK) to the cutting force. Measurements were performed using newly developed organic fluids from PARAMO a.s. in the project TA2-1332 (New generation of ecological cutting fluids). Further to compare the effect of PK to cutting process was performed experiments using the process fluids, namely water (H2O) and air. In the summary were examined seven environments where water is established as a standard environment (etalon). Specific methodology and evaluation procedure for this problem was created before the experiments. There was apply one final comparison value (contract perpendicular cutting force FCN), which describes the process of experiment, and it based on the measurement of cutting forces during sparking. Experiments were performed on two selected materials of construction steel 14 220.3 and stainless steel 17 351. In experiments were all other parameters constantly (rotation, table feed, cutting depth, fluid flow). To measure cutting forces was used piezoelectric dynamometer KISTLER, surface grinding machine BPH 320A and the maximum dynamic balancing system and software LabVIEW SBS 6. The result of experiments was the final report and summary of individually reports with the results. It was found from the measured values that the cutting forces was decrease by 37.5% in structural steel 14 220.3 and by 82.8% in stainless steel 17351 against the etalon fluid water (H2O) with using the process fluid with the greatest positive influence on this forces. In both cases it was the same process fluid PK04. These findings information was further handed over by PARAMO a.s. for further testing in industrial conditions."@en .
