One of the methods, which suit with this requirement, is raising the working life and reliability of machine parts and tools. The m%22st using methods, which allow this raising of working life of machine parts and tools, are processes of coating surface by the help of PVD (physical vapor deposition) method; chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method; or thermal-reactive processes (TRD). Taim of such all process is to protect against abrasion currently with the reducing the friction coefficient. In experimental part of this contribution is observed the surface nitration layer of material \u010CSN 15330, which was creative by the help of pulseplasma nitration. It was also monitoring the microstructure of materials, surface hardness and the depth of diffusion layer.
