This demand is compared with the corresponding labour supply. The outcome is an estimate of school-leavers chance of finding a job that matches their education and the chance of recruiting a suitably educated employee. These results can be very useful in a number of cases. Education of population is a factor that has a positive impact on the wealth of society. A suitable choice of study field can reduce structural unemployment.
