The analysis relies on the identification of groups of experts that are the most sought after in the EU job market, on models of probable supply and demand of these groups in the Czech Republic up to 2012, on a study of the position of approximately 1 150 respondents to work-related migration abroad, and on the current extent of earnings-related motivation to migrate. The study arrives at these most significant findings: in the Czech Republic, supply exceeds demand in respect of the analysed experts, which fact decreases the migration potential (the convergence of earning levels has the same effect); respondents predominantly declare that they intend to work abroad temporarily; and the greatest intensity of potential migration abroad is found to be with doctors."@en .
