"This work, based on empiric research, contributes to the formation of an adequate view of an organization management and motivation within such organization. It deals with the manager?s subjective conception of management model and manager?s motivation bias towards the working team management implementation. The research also tests if the implementation of the management contributes to influencing of the working team social climate. Better understanding of psychological aspects, understanding of organization management model, the extend of its implementation and the factors which shape its fulfilment in the process of management should contribute to optimization and making management activities in an organization more effective. The research investigates into the influence of manager?s motivation on her/his subjective employee?s model role and on the group dynamic of the working team.
