Automobile windscreens are preheated in these furnaces for next treatment. The formed windscreens composited from several layers are heated up efore pressing. The air bubbles are removed from cavity between these layers by pressing. The furnaces are heated by infrared emiters. With respekt to performed heat transport analysis and heat losses determination of furnaces front closing was also designed. This proposal allows to effective furnace clossing during breaks or dead plates. A new control system was also developed.
