"Homogenization is defined as a heat treatment form, which is consisting form dwell on the high temperature near of solid for the purpose of chemical inhomogeneity elimination or decrease by diffusion process. For AlCu4MgMn alloys are existing in interdendritic areas different balanced and out of balance eutectics, soluble and dissoluble intermetallic phases and interdendritic porosity. Previous research detected the inhomogeneity in chemical composition of several alloying elements of several dendritic cells in cast inhomogenized structure of AlCu4MgMn alloy. Coloured casts in the frame of one dendritic cell document chemical composition inhomogeneity in the dendritic cell cross section. It drops to the chemical inhomogeneity balancing (crystallic liquation) in the several dendritic cells frame after homogenization annealing. During homogenization process and after consequent cooling from homogenization temperature it drops to the soluble intermetallic phases and unbalanced eutectics dissolution in solid solution alfa and to the precipitate discharge from supersaturated solid solution alfa. This article is oriented to the researching of temperature and annealing duration influence with target to optimize homogenization annealing conditions of aluminium alloys alloyed by cooper (AlCu4MgMn)."@en .
