"The competence-model (KM SZ) proposed for employment services is a generic type competence-model, that is designed for using in the employment services in the Czech Republic \u2013 mainly for describing job seekers abilities and workplaces requirements. The desired or offered competences on the labour market could be described by means of KM SZ and its classification structure. The proposed competence-model is comprised of soft competences (15 soft competences with 5 levels), general vocational competences (8 competences with 3 levels) and specific vocational competences (865 competences with 8 levels). This competence-model includes a possibility of being connected with roughly 17 000 competences, that are used for purposes of National occupations system (NSP) and National qualifications system (NSK).
