"The article deals with the draft of the technology for the treatment of landfill leachate with high content of salts (RAS up to 8 g/l) and organic contamination (TOC 250 mg/l). Several basic technologiacal flow sheets were drafted, the particular steps were verified in the lab scale. Three schemes were working with the precipitation in the alkaline range, the last one used only the reverse osmosis steps. The results of alkaline precipitation shown, that the efficiency for the organic matters removal is very high, but very limited impact on the inorganic contamination was detected. The high concentration of calcium brings troubles with precipitation at high concentration degrees during RO process."@en . .
