"Prototype of in-vitro test set is composed of a complex system for exposure tests, which includes multi-well plates (preferably 6-holes) containing micro-inserts, into micro-insert is fixed nanofiber mesh of biocompatible polymer to the underlying grid. The entire system enables cultivation particularly of skin cells in the environment of the cultivation media poured into wells. Cells are inoculated evenly on nanofiber grid in a defined quantity. The resulting prototype was made based on the evaluation of macroscopic characteristics of nanomaterials, microscopic observation (evaluation equal coating on the fiber net, integrity, applied weighing, rating of structures of the fiber), evaluation of properties of nanomaterials after contact with the media (deformation, change in pH, stability structure, the possibility of manipulation in the wet state) and the evaluation of biocompatibility."@en . .
