"The solutions resulting from individual stages in the project FI-IM/224 were implemented in the construction of new electromagnetic level gauges of liquid metal. The research results have been utilised both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The use of the V\u00DAH\u017D level gauges with UNI sensors allows for the installation of the so-called remote casting system not requiring the handling of individual casting flows by a worker. The developed level gauges measure the real metal levels with the preciseness of 1% within the measured scale. The development of the V\u00DAH\u017D level gauges covered also the research of materials for the body of the sensor, the optimising of the level gauges cooling, and the research of the environmental impact on the quality of the measuring signal with the use of modern electronic parts for the signal processing and transmission."@en .
