The map summarizes and interprets results of pollen beetle\u00B4s (Meligethes spp.) susceptibility testing to organophosphate chlorpyrifos-ethyl in the Czech Republic in 2012. The used laboratory method was IRAC Adult vial test no. 025. Totally 76 Meligethes populations sampled on different localities (68 CZ and 8 SK populations) were assessed. The active ingredient chlorpyrifos-ethyl is registered in CZ (Dursban Delta, 200 g a.i. / L) against pollen beetles on oilseed rape at dose: 350 g a.i. per ha. European Meligethes populations are believed to be susceptible to chlorpyrifos-ethyl. According to Method IRAC no. 025 the leading dose for separating susceptible populations and populations potentially to be tolerant one another is the dose: 30 g a.i. per ha. The laboratory effectiveness of the dose expressed according to Abbott (%) determines the resistance status of the population tested: Susceptible population (90% and higher effect related to the dose, code 1) or population potentially to be tolerant (less than 90% effect, code 2). Just the dose served to us as a basic tested dose and the other tested doses were related to that. The whole spectrum of the tested doses consisted from the progressive gradient of these doses: 0% (untreated check), 0,92 g a.i. per ha, 2,9 g a.i. per ha, 9,4 g a.i. per ha, 30 g a.i. per ha (= referen\u010Dn\u00ED d\u00E1vka), 96 g a.i. per ha a 307,2 g a.i. per ha.
