"269778" . . . "In winter and summer season 16 bulk milk samples were obtained from 8 farm different herds of Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein cows during 2 years. Samples were characterized by 37 milk indicators and by 27 data about profile of fatty acids. Relationships between FAs and other milk indicators were discovered by reg. analyse. Relationship between citric acid (KC) and polyunsaturated FAs (PUFAs; 0.64; P<0.01) shows on higher values of these nutritive important fatty acids with higher KC value, it means at energetic better dairy cow metabolic state. Lauric acid occurrence was higher and increased with higher solid non fat content in milk, it means also with possible better dairy cow supplementation by energy. Higher contents of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA; in whole data set) were linked with longer time of milk enzymatic coagulation. CLA occurrence increased (0.55; P<0.05) with KC concentration increase, it shows with better energy state of dairy cows. Mentioned fact copies the development in PUFAs."@en . "Sojkov\u00E1, Kamila" .
