The aim of the work was to evaluate results of control of manual sampling (MS). 23.3% did not satisfy from 86 MS controls. This is high value. According to checked MS parameters: 8.1% of MS did not satisfy at fat (F) in both tanks; 3.5% of MS at milk freezing point (MFP) in 2nd tank; 3.5 and 9.3% of MS at fat in mixed samples. The most exacting criterion was fat. Total bacteria count (TBC) was not questionable. Originally the limits for MS fulfilment were derived due to qualified estimation, now exactly (95%, standard deviation x 1.96, conventionally). Concretely, the limits of deviations for future application of control method and certification of MS for F, MFP and TBC could be \u00B1: 0.1025%; 3.7841 m\u00B0C x (-1); 17.35%.
