A is related to fertility of dairy cows. The increase of milk acetone level from 5 up to 20 and more mg/l was connected with increase of insemination index value from 1.49 up to 1.76 (there is exasperation about 0.27 (P<0.05) during first third of lactation). Higher A is related with aggravated milk fermentation ability. There was positive correlation (r = 0.32; P<0.01) between A and fat production (in kg) during first 100 lactation days in goat milk. The average A and F/CP ratio for cows, goats and sheeps were: 7.77 and 7.55 < 12.68 mg/l; 1.08 < 1.51 > 1.21. Relatively close relationship (r = 0.30; P>0.05) was stated between A and F/CP ratio in raw milk in dairy cows (Bohemian Spotted cattle).
