This presented technical solution is for mixed isolates probiotic testing. Microfluidic chip in polycarbonate is prepared by a CNC milling, afterwards it is bonded by high temperature and high pressure with clean plate of PC. Microfluidic device then consist of four reaction chambers and three storage chambers.
