"The aim of the study was resistance investigation of strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus casei (Culture Collection of Dairy Microorganisms Laktoflora\u00AE) in simulated model conditions of digestion. The effects of low pH, gastric and pancreatic juice and bovine biles on counts of probiotic microorganisms were investigated. Results show resistance of tested strains \u2013 5 strains L. casei and 10 strains L. rhamnosus to low pH, stomac and pancreatic juice and bovine bile, tolerance is to pepsin. Tested strains are able to survive the simulated conditions of digestion in high amount and they are suitable for next use in the production of probiotic food."@en . "1212-950X" .
