"Thirty one strains of lactic acid bacteria (30 representatives of genus Lactobacillus and one representative of genus Enterococcus) were isolated from stool of suckling and adult persons using Rogosa agar. Lactobacillaceae of the complex \u201CLbc. casei, Lbc. acidophilus and obligatory heterofermentative lactobacillaceae predominate between isolated strains. Presence of antimicrobially acting substances against indicator strains from genus Enterococcus, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Leuconostoc, Pediococcus and Streptococcus were indicated by 13 strains. Effectivity spectrum was limited by the most of strains on nearly related genus. Wider antimicrobial spectrum was indicated by strain RL22-P and Enterococcus faecalis RL27-VGA-7A2.
