"Indirect impedance method for determination of psychrotrophic microorganisms was tested by using tryptone soya broth (TSB) with 1% of dry milk according the RABIT instrument producer (DWS, UK) recomendation. Result of separate strains cultivation confirm both applicability od RABIT instrument and recommend method of impedance microbiology for characterization of single strains microorganisms. Linear dependence between log(CFU/mL) and time TTD wit R=0,851 was found by determination of psychrotrophic microorganisms in raw milk.
