"The theme of the article is solution of the problem of the mentor\u2019s role during the adaptation of employees in the company milieu. A whole line of theoretical approaches and views of different authors to the problem of adaptation is compared herein and at the same time an indigenous view and solution of incorporating a qualified and unqualified mentor into the adaptation process of an employee is offered. Directing the adaptation process in the company environment is often marginalized and companies thus do not reach in the field of directing human resources such results as could be achieved. The study is therefore the analysis of the value of a qualified mentor for the organization and covering its needs, it offers the reply to a scale of questions regarding this relatively seldom used personnel activity."@en .
