The first part provides a brief overview of theoretical findings concerned, above all, with return on investment in the training of employees, the distribution of benefits of company training between the employees and the employer, and inequalities in access to training in enterprises. The analytical part focuses on the links between the vocational training in enterprises and the company size, type of ownership and innovation.
