"4"^^ . . "In the laboratory of the Agricultural Research Institute Krom\u011B\u0159\u00ED\u017E breadmaking quality of bread wheat harvested in 2012 in the Czech Republic was evaluated. About 500 samples of bread wheat collected from the farmers was analysed. Number of samples is proporcional to the wheat crop areas in particular region. Quality parameters were evaluated according to the CSN 46 1100-2 (nitrogen content, bulk density, falling number, sedimentation index, admixtures and impurities). Frequency of occurence and quality performance of individual wheat varieties were also evaluated. There is a time series of results obtained used the same methodology since the 2005. For the representative selection of 100 wheat samples Fusarium mycotoxins deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZEA) were analyzed."@en .
