"The work focuses on the evaluation of the ranks of the average monthly temperatures and precipitation totals within the fifty-year period 1961 - 2010. The results were measured at the station of the Agricultural Research Institute in Krom\u011B\u0159\u00ED\u017E, Ltd. The dynamics of soil properties of topsoil and subsoil (1993 - 2000) was based on results obtained from long-term experiments. These experiments can guarantee steady properties of the soil. The main findings resulting can be considered in fifty years as follows: - an increase in average annual temperature by 1.56 \u00B0C, i.e., from 8.21 \u00B0C to 9.78 \u00B0C, - temperature in the warmest months of the year increased by 3.05 \u00B0C, - summer period (over 15 \u00B0C) extended by 27 days, - in September, total rainfall increased by 25 mm in the last 50 years; in March 18 mm increase occurred, - humidity increase causes yield depression of wheat and barley, - moisture in topsoil and subsoil did not show any trend, - water supply in the topsoil and ranges within field water capacity and the reduced availability; - both of them demonstrated long-term change in soil organic matter (SOM) content, - while monitored, both demonstrated also the HA/FA ratio increase. The finding is positive and confirms the competence and convenience of Norfolk crop method use as a standard; - average phosphorus content in topsoil increased by 33 mg.kg-1 in nine years, i. e., 3.6 mg.kg-1 per year in contrast to the subsoil where the decrease by 80 mg.kg-1, i. e. , 9 mg.kg-1 per year occurred, - correlation between the rainfall variability and soil organic matter content was verified in case when increasing precipitation amplitude causes SOM increase, - winter wheat yield is affected by increasing thermal continentality and increasing temperature amplitude, - barley yield is affected by higher November temperatures and precipitation.
