Uveden\u00E9 flavonoidy byly z rostlinn\u00E9ho materi\u00E1lu extrahov\u00E1ny novou extrak\u010Dn\u00ED technikou PSE (pressurized solvent extraction) \u2013 extrakce za zv\u00FD\u0161en\u00E9ho tlaku a teploty a stanovov\u00E1ny vyso\u00FA\u010Dinnou kapalinovou chromatografi\u00ED. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ED mno\u017Estv\u00ED rutinu bylo nalezeno v listech plan\u00E9ho bezu 5,58 mg/g, ze \u0161lecht\u011Bn\u00FDch odr\u016Fd v listech odr\u016Fdy \u00B4Haschberg\u00B4, 2,28 mg/g. V such\u00FDch rozemlet\u00FDch bezov\u00FDch v\u011Btv\u00EDch byl nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ED obsah rutinu stanoven u bezbarv\u00E9 odr\u016Fdy \u00B4Albida\u00B4, 2,33 mg/g, nejm\u00E9n\u011B ve v\u011Btv\u00EDch plan\u00E9ho bezov\u00E9ho ke\u0159e 0,07 mg/g. Obsah kvercetinu byl zanedbateln\u00FD v obou rostlinn\u00FDch \u010D\u00E1stech bezu \u010Dern\u00E9ho, s v\u00FDjimkou v\u011Btv\u00ED plan\u00E9ho bezu (0,25 mg/g). Z toho lze usuzovat, \u017Ee v\u011Bt\u0161ina \u00FA\u010Dinn\u00E9 l\u00E1tky v t\u00E9to rostlin\u011B se vyskytuje ve form\u011B rutinu, kter\u00FD je dob\u0159e dostupn\u00FD pou\u017Eitou extrak\u010Dn\u00ED technikou. "Elderberry is still not a certified fruit in the Czech Republic, however, elderberry production orchards have been started. Elderberry branches left after cutting are a valuable source of a pharmaceutical matter \u2013 flavonoid rutin, which could be used for food supplement or pharmaceutical production. Therefore, this paper is focused on determining rutin and its aglycone quercetin in waste branches and leaves of selected elderberry cultivars (\u00B4Albida\u00B4, \u00B4Bohatka\u00B4, \u00B4Dana\u00B4, \u00B4Haschberg\u00B4, \u00B4K\u00F6rs\u00F6r\u00B4 and wild elderberry). Flavonoids were extracted by a new technique called PSE (pressurized solvent extraction), and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The highest amount of rutin was determined in wild elderberry leaves \u2013 5.58 mg/g, among the cultivars it was 2.28 mg/g in \u00B4Haschberg\u00B4 cultivar leaves. Least rutin was contained in \u00B4K\u00F6rs\u00F6r\u00B4 cultivar leaves \u2013 0.13 mg/g. Analyzing dry grinded branches, the highest rutin content was found in colourless \u00B4Albida\u00B4 cultivar \u2013 2.33 mg/g, the lowest content 0.07 mg/g was determined in wild elderberry branches. Content of quercetin was insignificant both in leaves and branches of all cultivars except for the wild elderberry (0.24 mg/g). From this we may conclude, that most of the valuable matters in elderberry occurs in form of rutin, which can be easily isolated by the PSE technique.
