Production of gas was tested in broth with glucose and lactose and into two whey - restored whey and whey from the experimental manufacture of cheese Edam type. Percentage of hydrogen in free exhausted gases from the fermenter recorded by detector was not affected by source of sugars in the fermented medium and was statistical significant higher at pH 5,6."@en .
