Other components of the spreads are root vegetable, sunflower seeds, seeweed, dietary fibre, tofu, vegetable oil. The spreads are suitable especially for patients suffering from milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance and celiac disease. The spread are rich in soluble and insoluble dietary fibre. Nutritional and sensory evaluation was carried out at all spreads. The spread were also well evaluated by public at Gastronomic fair held at Karl\u0161tejn castle in April 2008.
