"Given currently growing numbers of undergraduates and widely increasing efforts to \u201Cassess\u201D higher education by means of quantifying standards and grades, the question of quality of higher education is becoming a hot issue. The efforts to determine the quality of educational processes often generate a variety of constructed formulas and models that present miscellaneous ideas of university \u201Cladders\u201D. In this way the issue of quality of education is becoming a marketing issue and a criterion for higher education funding based on quantifiable economic aspects. The aim of the present volume is to point out that an important dimension of higher education is being neglected: the fact that the time students spend as undergraduates is an important and formative period in their lives. This is to say that higher education is, inevitably, a process of upbringing and cultivation. The extent to which universities educate and cultivate constitutes an inseparable attribute in their quality.The book is dealing of activity of universities as a institution for teaching and learning. Creation of the personality of every students is the atribut of the studying on university. The content of the personality creation is the interiorization of values in the first place. The type of values which universities offers to their students is the main question of this process. The dessirable values are the good base.
