"This contribution deals with types of lands and posibilities of acquisiton of materials for the evaluation. Before starting of evaluation of lands, it is necessary to find out if the land is construction land, agriculture land, forest, reservoirs and water areas or other lands, which are not in previous categories. Lands are appreciated on the basis of regulation n.3/2008 Coll. Materials for evaluation are gained from the Land Registry of the Czech Republic. Materials include Statement of ownership, copy of map and ortophotomap. To obtain more detailed information works Remote acces to Land Registry. Free registration is necessary fot the Remote acces.
