This phenomem has very close connection with splitting of residential building to residential and commercial units, which could be the subject for ownership. For this splitting is very important to do Declaration of Building-owner. Even when it is treated by the act, this sector has a lot of doubts and differences and very often is being solved in front of the tribunal. The main problem is the question, what it is common part, which can own all co-owners from building and use together and what belongs just to one owner of property.
