Enantioselective HPLC-DAD method was developed for the analysis of two non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: ibuprofen and ketoprofen. Enantiomers of these compounds were separated using Chiralpak AD as a chiral column in the normal phase mode. Extracted samples of raw and treated wastewater were at first analysed by achiral HPLC-ESI-MS method, which was used for quantification of the sum of ibuprofen and ketoprofen enantiomers.
