"Antibiotics are widely used in human and veterinary medicine for a bacterial infection treatment. These compounds have been shown to block biological processes in wastewater treatment plants. They harm natural ecosystems and they may concentrate in food chain. Furthermore, the bacterial resistence against them has been proven to establish easily. Sulfonamides (sulfathiazole) and tetracyclines (tetracycline, chlortetracycline hydrochloride) were determined in this work. Sulphonamides are the derivates of p aminobenzensulphonamide and the first used antibacterial pharmaceuticals. The analysis of sulphonamides is influenced by their properties, namely insolubility in water, alcohol, ether and dichloromethane. The samples were filtered, extracted by using ethylacetate and evaporated by a rotary vacuum evaporator. The evaporation residues were dissolved in methanol and in a mobile phase. The mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid in purified water were used as the mobile phase. The samples were filt" . . . "26310" . . . . "416631" . "P(OC 183)" .
