Extraction conditions were very mild, which minimize thermal, mechanical or chemical modification of the sample; the method is rapid, simple and cheap. The volatile components were extracted using a Carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane 85 mikrom fibre, different operating conditions were optimized. Linearity of the method was excellent, reproducibility was good (relative standard deviations in range 2-11 %).
