In this cases, it is helpful to have 3D computer models of human tissues. These models help us to provide better view of patient body and are useful for planning and simulation of surgical procedures. It is also possible to make a real copy of the tissues by using some Rapid Prototyping technology. The real models can be also used for surgery planning and simulations. In our experiments, we have used image data from Computer Tomography and Magnetic Resonance. The aim of this poster is to present our techniques of 3D tissues modeling and real applications of created models in clinical practice, e.g. in Orthopedic Surgery, Stomatology and Plastic Surgery. Correction plastic surgery of a face deformed because of retinoblastoma is presented. The surgery was supported by real correction supplement designed by mirroring from 3D computer face model.
